Prompt templates
Copy-ready build prompts. Paste one into ChatGPT or Claude Code, change the bracketed parts to your own, and read what comes back before you accept it.
A prompt is a brief, not a spell. Everything in brackets is a decision you still have to make — leave one unmade and the model will make it for you, generically.
Point of sale (POS)
A till that takes a sale, prints a receipt, tracks stock, and knows which staff member rang it up.
Change these before sending
- Set BUSINESS TYPE to the one you are actually building for.
- Change the currency and tax rate — the defaults are Indonesian.
- Cut any feature in section 4 you do not need on day one.
- Keep every rule in section 7. Those are the ones that bite later.
Landing page
One page with one job: get a specific person to take one specific next step.
Change these before sending
- Replace the audience line with one specific person, not a segment.
- Name the single action. Two actions means no action.
- Decide where the form goes before you ask for one.
Booking and schedule
Clients pick a slot themselves, and two of them can never take the same one.
Change these before sending
- Set the working hours and slot length to your real ones.
- Decide whether staff are interchangeable or picked by name.
- Say what happens to a no-show. The model will not guess it right.
Stock and inventory
Know what you have, what left, and who moved it — with a trail you can argue from.
Change these before sending
- Say whether you count by unit, weight, or batch.
- Set the low-stock threshold per item, not one number for everything.
- Decide if expiry dates matter. For food they always do.
Simple lead pipeline
Every enquiry lands in one place, has an owner, and has a next date — so none of them quietly dies.
Change these before sending
- Name your real stages. Do not use the generic five.
- Say where leads come from — that is the field you will report on.
- Decide what a lost lead means, and keep them.
Attendance and sessions
Record who turned up, to what, with whom — and answer a parent or a client asking about last month.
Change these before sending
- Say what a session is for you: a class, a shift, a treatment.
- Decide who marks attendance — the staff member or the person arriving.
- Say whether packages of sessions are paid for up front.
Class site, like this one
A course site where the material is written as files, not typed into a CMS — and days can open on a schedule.
Change these before sending
- Name your own days or modules — seven is this cohort, not a rule.
- Set the timezone constant to yours, or drop the lock entirely.
- Pick your own two languages, or delete the second one.
- Keep section 4. Material inside the bundle is the mistake this prompt exists to prevent.
Styling only: make it look like this
Paste the real tokens and rules into a site you already have, so it looks like this one without rebuilding it.
Change these before sending
- Swap the nine brand ramp values for your own hue. Keep the shape of the ramp.
- Leave the four supporting accents alone — each already has one job.
- Skip the lesson stylesheet if your content is not rendered in an iframe.
- Keep the mobile table rule. It is why the material is readable on a phone.
